Driverix (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS application (“App”) collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

  • No personal data collection: Driverix does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or contact details.
  • Location data: The App uses your device’s real-time geolocation solely to provide alerts when approaching fixed speed cameras. Location data is not stored, recorded, or shared.
  • Analytics: We use Firebase (including Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) to collect non-personal, aggregated information (e.g., app usage statistics, performance, and crash reports) to improve the App. This data does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide real-time alerts regarding speed cameras.
  • To improve stability, performance, and user experience via anonymous analytics.
  • To ensure proper operation of subscription and payment services.

3. Data Sharing and Processors

  • Firebase (Google): Processes non-personal usage and crash data.
  • Apple App Store & RevenueCat: Handle subscriptions and payments. We do not store or process your payment details.

    • We do not sell, rent, or trade any data with third parties.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store with RevenueCat as the subscription infrastructure.
  • Refunds and billing are governed by Apple’s App Store policies.

Use of apps like Driverix may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. The App is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations in your location.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or store information from children under 13 years of age.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by our service providers. Because we do not store personal data and process only anonymous analytics, the risk of unauthorized access is minimal.

8. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data. Anonymous aggregated analytics may be retained by Firebase according to their standard retention policies.

9. International Transfers

Firebase and other processors may store and process data on servers located in various countries. Processing is limited to anonymous, non-personal data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App and/or on our website. The “Effective Date” reflects the latest version.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Driverix mobile application (“App”). By using Driverix, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

Driverix assists drivers by providing real-time alerts about fixed speed cameras. The App is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for safe driving or compliance with traffic laws.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The App offers free and paid subscription plans.
  • Subscriptions are processed via the Apple App Store, using RevenueCat.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s App Store policies.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • In some countries, the use of radar-detection or similar services is restricted or prohibited. We do not promote or authorize use of the App where illegal.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

4. Accuracy and Availability

While we aim to provide timely alerts, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any speed-camera information. Data sources may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and network/GPS conditions may affect performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any fines, penalties, losses, or legal consequences related to your use of the App;
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
  • Any errors, omissions, interruptions, or inaccuracies in alerts or data.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Always drive safely and obey traffic laws;
  • Not rely solely on the App for driving decisions;
  • Use the App at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
